Exchange Workspace has everything you need for business and is truly a lovely place to work. The location is conveniently close to the train station if you want to jet into town and parking is good with plenty of 2P around to share. 🙂 The meeting rooms are very neat and also in the shared desk spaces you can choose to go hard, or from time to time have a nice chat. Echange Workspace you are awesome.

I enjoy working at Exchange. . Working in the renovated interior of the warehouse, which features contemporary furnishings, is a genuine “Richmond” experience. The accommodations are excellent. The staff is extremely helpful and willing to accommodate any request, so they never have any issues. I also like that I can order lunch or coffee from the adjoining café and have it served to me at my desk; I just appreciate that feature.

The business conference that I hosted at Exchange Workspaces Richmond on the 22nd of October 2019 was an extremely memorable and rewarding event for me. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a service that was both professional and polite, and we were then shown to our space. WIFI, very comfy chairs, a roomy table, clear, large TV monitors to which our laptops could be connected, a whiteboard and markers, privacy for confidential discussions, and space were all included in the room. In addition, we had access to beverages such as tea and coffee, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen and, as an added perk, a delectable cafe that was also located within the property. For any kind of gathering or simply as a place to get some work done, I wholeheartedly endorse this location. An experience that was quite impressive.

I have spent time working in a variety of shared office locations, and without a doubt, the Commons is the most impressive of them all. They have considered each and every possibility! The employees are all naturals at their jobs and will also go out of their way to make you feel at home. The responses that individuals have when they enter the building for the first time are the things that I hear the most frequently. Because of my membership, I was able to gain access to the Commons at the Sydney location, which proved to be an excellent resource while our customer base in that area was expanding.
